Regaining

Getting back to normal feels wonderful! I walk a lot more these days and finally visited my favorite park. It feels so good walking there and I personally can't wait to run there too. The wind from the lagoon is so pleasant, I am sure it will make feel wings behind my back when I run. My life is happier now as I don't have to restrict myself all that much. It's pretty fun how freedom of movement make up for everything else. Last week I finally made to my favorite park and I am very happy I now visit it often again. I also wore pretty silk dress and finally got rid of hot bandages. Ok, summer I am ready for you!

 I was wearing:

Dress Karen Millen
belt levi's
shoes Fila
earrings H&M

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

  2. I love dresses - always wear them when I travel since they're so easy: You just throw them on, you're comfortable, and at the same time well-....yes: dressed ;-) Yours is beautiful - but isn't silk a bit hot in the warm weather? I know it's said to regulate the temperature, but I always find it too hot in summer.

    1. I personally find silk perfect for summer because it's very breezy and also allows longer sleeve during the hot day without a problem

  8. Your dress is stunning, Lyosha! A perfect way to embrace summer. I'm so glad you're getting back to normal and healing from Baby Ada's grand entrance into the world. It isn't an easy thing to give birth, but still an amazing one and I'm glad things are going smoothly for both of you.

  9. That is the perfect summer dress Lyosha! It’s so hard to find time for getting back into the routine when you have a baby. Great job!

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

Explore Starcon

I'm going to brake up vacation post series to share the Starcon experience. A week ago I was sitting on the same spot and getting ready to go. We've been to lovely Saint  Petersburgh. We managed to have a charming walk in the  evening even right after the con. Starcon was all about sci-fi and we loved it so much. We even wore the Jedi costumes (wait for them in the end of post). Max, my lovely husband, sewed them for only 3 days (that's why the design is so simple). and I also got 2d place in Star Wars Miniatures board game tournament took place there. I'm so happy! As for outfit - I've chosen a super comfy outfit with a very cool pants! I bought them on ebay and they are more than 20 year old pants (I guess soon they could buy booze on their own but I doubt I need it). I love them for their shape - keeping me cool during hot and warm when needed. Oh, and can I also call it my pijama pants trend pants? or not? What I also wanted to mention you are my fab set jewel...

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...
