Press brunch of FollowTheFabrika p.II

Do you have a project deeply touching your heart? Do you know a project you are honored to know about and and feel need to tell people around you about it even if you are not a part of the project? I do have such joy for me. It's the FollowThe Fabrika project. I did talked a lot about it but I now I want to tell more.
Last Friday FollowTheFabrika team gathered friends in time-cafe Indigo Coffee to discuss the project, tell more about the future and for sure drink delicious coffee and snacks. The project grows bigger now you can find FollowTheFabrika also in Israel, India, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Siberia (big Rissian region).

December 13th (tomorrow) the second part will be held in Qweex.Campus. The FollowTheFabrika (www.facebook.com/thefabrikamoscow) competition is a real way to expand the business for designers with various useful grants not only fashion shows including but not limited to final prize Moscow Fashion Week 2017 participation and studying in some french fashion house.
The second tour will represent the collections of Eva Bogdanova (brand «MyMokondo»), Ekaterina Myachina («Katerina Myachina»), Kristina Dolmatova (brand «KD by Kristina Dolmatova») and headliner the magnificent ALINA ASSI.
RU: 13 Декабря (завтра) будет следующая часть конкурса и пойдёт она в пространстве Qweex.Campus.

As for my own look I've chosen a funny physics t-shirt ('Tesla Rules, Edison drools'), jacket and funny physics brooch ('Faraday was best in his field') to polish the look. The friendly atmosphere of my favorite project made me want to look relaxed and casual. Being a fashion blogger I was more of meeting with things I love so I wanted to keep my image not so serious. I also was wearing an awesome new hairpin from Bornpretty which I am going to tell you about more in my next post.
RU:  Свой образ я составила из смешной футболки про физику ('Tesla Rules, Edison drools'), пиджаком и брошкой со смешной фразой про физику ('Faraday was best in his field').

I was wearing:
c/o Bornpretty hairpin
Arny Praht backpack
Uniqlo jeans
Jeffrey Campbell shoes
Monton jacket

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha
