Style up your window

As I started with home stuff in one of my latest posts (it's about ceiling lights, check it here) I wanted to talk about home stuff a little more. This time it's a little more connected to my normal blog theme - fashion and style because the theme today is curtains and curtains are made of fabric. And you can actually sew something from curtains of fabric quality is fine enough (one of my fellow bloggers did recently and I absolutely loved that dress). Also curtains are lovely to give a final touch to your room and absolutely essential for bedroom (I believe everyone agrees on that) and office (in my opinion). There are a lot of styles and variations for curtains, long and short, blackout and very light. Some people live without them in some rooms (for example I have none in my living room + kitchen) but it doesn't mean the curtains won't come in one day. So it's never too late to look at them and check some styles. After all my wise mother keeps on saying that your home is not fully done if don't have some curtains hanging.
To talk about curtains and Plaid Curtains in particular I not only searched the internet for inspiration, styles and overall joy but discovered a wonderful place you can find almost any curtains you can think of within the budget you set. It is called Curtainsmarket and I'm very happy to say I used their products to show my very best and the most flattering styles for your window.

This post won't be complete if I don't share with you a wonderful extra. Curtainsmarket is offering you a coupon code for 3% discount on any order you place there (even more money saving that is because en without a coupon the prices are very friendly). Ready? Go! curtainsmarket is the keyword, simple as that.

Share your thoughts in the comments below and tell me what you think about the styles I've chosen today.

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

Explore Starcon

I'm going to brake up vacation post series to share the Starcon experience. A week ago I was sitting on the same spot and getting ready to go. We've been to lovely Saint  Petersburgh. We managed to have a charming walk in the  evening even right after the con. Starcon was all about sci-fi and we loved it so much. We even wore the Jedi costumes (wait for them in the end of post). Max, my lovely husband, sewed them for only 3 days (that's why the design is so simple). and I also got 2d place in Star Wars Miniatures board game tournament took place there. I'm so happy! As for outfit - I've chosen a super comfy outfit with a very cool pants! I bought them on ebay and they are more than 20 year old pants (I guess soon they could buy booze on their own but I doubt I need it). I love them for their shape - keeping me cool during hot and warm when needed. Oh, and can I also call it my pijama pants trend pants? or not? What I also wanted to mention you are my fab set jewel...

Volvo Fashion Week Moscow Thursday

The Volvo Fashion week Moscow finished and I feel a little sad about it. I"m so very happy to finally share with you Volvo Fashion Week Moscow experience! In fact  instead  of just one day announced at my blog I had a great chance to be on whole three! The first day included two shows for me. Anastasia Z. and Lena Vasilyeva.  Both collection were dreamy. The first in the timeline, Anastasia Z.,  designers  were very close and tight by temper. feminine, absolutely wearable clothes. I loved the romantic mood of collection and flowing like water materials. I also have to add the colours were very nice and calm to my eye. In fact, if I had more money I would buy it. Lena Vasilyeva knocked my brain off. It's the 5th day after I saw the collection and I still can not clearly say how I feel about it. The collection is split up on two 'spring' and 'summer'. What I'm trying to say is: the first part of the collection is rather grim, dark and vintage but stil...
