Give me more nails!

This post is actually about three things in one! How do you like this idea?
Firstly it's about my newest ring. I got from collaboration with amazing shop Bornpretty where you can easily find and buy chip and very pretty accessory. What is even more important those accessories are of great quality and I'm always happy wearing it. Ring doesn't leave marks on fingers which can be a big danger when having some inexpensive accessories. And is of the shape of warrior helmet - what could be better. I'm very happy with it that's why I've given it a big spot on my blog. Soon you'll see one more amazing piece of their style on my blog - a wonderful octopus necklace.

The next part are my nails. I actually got them longer than usual and given a lot more time to make them work. I started coloring my nails more often and still happy about it. My nailing routing is very simple but it works fine with me. I also want to share with an exclusive tutorial from Julep about winter work with nails. Can't argue with it - it's totally correct. From my part I want to add that my typical nail do during winter contains also winter colors which means a paint them in lightter colors. This time it was white. They have my fave colors and other amazing products on their website (highly recommend to visit) here.

And finally I'm linking this post to amazing Share in style. Are you our sister? If not - take part in for example from blog Mis Papelicos which is not only hosting Share in Style but also one my must read blogs for inspiration and great company!

Special thanks for my dog Surak and his patience while taking the photos!

  4. That is a gorgeous ring and I used to have long nails like yours but now that I have a little 7 months old, it is just impossible and unsafe to have them long. I might poke him and that's not good. LOL!

  15. Gorgeous hands and nails. I love long nails but I am such a klutz that I get them snagged, ripped, torn, the polish chips before I even get it on. So I am counting on you and others like you to carry the torch for me. And I like the idea of lighter colours for winter. Clearly, Sarak is a good dog.

Estet Fashion Week 2021

During my time of being a blogger I hardly missed Estet Fashion Week. This year was regular in that matter, I attended it as well. Actually I am quite happy I did because I spent most of it on Zanzibar island, enjoy my sunny vacation. It was actually worthy of reduction of fashion experiences. But I was very excited to mix the two joys and still watch Estet Fashion Week and look through the styles. This time I watched gown show by Indira Badiyar who takes specialty is formal and evening dresses and super adorable kids fashion show by Oksana Kazakova inspired by vintage pieces. I have to admit I enjoyed both. My outfit is not as cool or fancy as I would want it to be mainly because after my vacation with very simple and effortless looks I didn't feel like wearing too much items, opting for simplicity. Also my skin on hands is not perfect so I wanted to cover it. It also severely limits my options of clothes because I mostly have my hands bare. It was comfortable though, I f

Uglich

This weekend I wasn't present because we went on a river cruise/weekend getaway to Uglich. It was so much fun! We relaxed on a deck, explored new town, ate without worries or thinking, watched movies, read books and played video games on our Nintendo Switches. If you ask me, I was super relaxed and happy with this little trip. Uglich is a small town in Yaroslavl region. It has long history but it's mostly famous for being a place of death of the last tsar from Rurikovich dynasty (the first of Russia). Unfortunately the town had lost of fires and military destruction so there are not much left of it's early history. However classic Russian churches are present in big numbers and river Volga takes a very beautiful turn there. The oldest building of Uglich (or Ouglitch as they sometimes write it with latin letters) is behind my back on the first photo below. It was a part of original living quarters of the ruler. It is made of red brick, with tons of little details, it looks

Summer Boat Days

Happy Summer! Summer means boat to me. Yes technically we start during the spring (mid April) and send our boat to sleep in October but the boat is the best during summer especially when it's hot. Boat is my deep love, I love water and being by it. The feeling when you are at the whelm fills me with joy. I am so happy and so blessed to have a boat at my service. Literally my father's love to boats  definitely was inherited. During summer my husband and I often skip regular work place and stroll to the boat to work from the boat. it feels better this way, half way working, half way relaxing. I feel oddly productive there as well. I wore a simple hat and my favorite summer dress. It made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Definitely perfect for summer and boat office. P.S. don't forget to apply some sun screen!   I was wearing: Forever 21 dress (old but deeply loved) hat bought on the street of NYC because I heeded a hat c/o Nordgreen watch bracelets made by husband
