Sporty heels

Sorry for my absence. I got a job scope change at work (or I should better call promotion to feel even more awesome?) so I've tons of things to do. In the meanwhile Max and I had a great time trying to rest after busy and nervous days having time hanging out on some cool events. Last weekend we've to Fashion Fest but this is material for my next post. For now I'd love to tell about the outdoor sport event Moscow held near-by Luzhniki stadium. It was free and I didn't believe there could be so very much fun and places of interest for that price. It was. Bicycles and motobike shows(we didn't get to see latter but still) wrestling and power-lifting arenas, basketball, Russian games like lapta etc.

I've chosen confy yet girly outfit for that. H&M heels (from last year) I'm wearing are very comfortable despite their look and I love how little brown-wooden detail of this sandals let me wear my hubby's bag (yes, I do steal things from him but that is no crime). Cropped top (it's short but I do always pair it with high-waisted something) added a little spice to outfit with always feminine red colour.

And yes! This is Angry birds in real life.

I was wearing:
H&M denim heels
GAP denim skirt
Not branded cropped top
Leather bag bought in small shop in Madrid (stolen from Max)
Accessory I do not remeber

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha
