Heroic

It's very cold here in Russia. I mean very-very cold! We do all try not to spent time outside unless it's necessary. It was -14C when we took those shot but after what we had for couple of weeks it felt getting warmer. God, I miss summer. And spring. And autumn. OK, I miss everything but cold.
I called this outfit the heroic one due to cold. But that's not all I can say.
This sweater is over-sized and for men. And it's also extra-warm. My fiance's Grandmother knitted it years ago. I'm so sorry I didn't have chance to meet her or his Grandfather. They could have told me a lot about him for they took a huge part in his life and practically raised him. I used to wear this sweater for dog walks pairing it with my warm pants or jeans with termo-pants. I was walking with sweet Raidho when I realized how to turn this outfit is something really nice. Here is the result. Styled with rings, necklace, bag and (surprise!) nail polish.

Raidho is here as well. He's tyring to say happy weekend!

 I was wearing:
handknitted by grandmother of Max sweater and gloves
Shoes I got from my mom
Tommy Hilfiger pants
Belt from my childhood
gifted jewelry
Alba bag
Raidho the dog

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

P.S. I think I should create more outfits like this one. The idea is very fun.

Deodorant Battle

It's not that I don't have a new travel post really but I want to mix thing up a little and add beauty post. Yes I will never be a beauty blogger but I do enjoy some beauty stuff and I love posting about it on my social media. Why not do it here from time to time. My blog - my rules. So here I am posting about deodorants. It was curious for me as I was send two options of the same line: spray and roll. Which one is better? I tested!

Spray dries faster and the scent is slightly less which I love. However I am never sure if I covered everything and also still not sure if spray is such a good option ecologywise.
Roll is can take more! I mean it, I ran almost 15 km with it and my armpits were actually the only dry spots I had (oops! disgusting, I know).

Each is awesome stain wise, even my black yoga pants went through bakasana which is always an issue with products. Generally I did like both products. Will probably stick to roll though, I mostly need deodorant for sports and it makes…

Add a layer

The last day of Summer was the hottest in Moscow during the whole recorded time. I didn't fully enjoy it frankly having tons of things to do. And so I did with the first day of fall as well. I kinda wished I was myself on the photos below: chilling and relaxed on a boat.
Today I don't only want to show the wonderful idea of boat style transitioning outfit but also show you my new item. So if you happen to be on a boat take a cardigan. On water even slight wind might feel colder especially when fall is right there. however it might be good to swim or sunbath so you might want to wear a bikini. Light cardigan is on to go item for such moment: just throw it right onto your swimsuit and enjoy the comfort and beauty. This purple babe is from Dear Lover. The they both wholesale and retail options so you will definitely find what suits you best. There are tons of cardigans and it is a joy! I have to admit when I feel the breath of autumn I tend to look at all the cardigans out there.…

Zaraysk 2020

August gave so much energy and so many emotions over traveling. Close and far, to new places and not. Last week we have been to Zaraysk, a small town with big story some 150 km from Moscow (still same region though, Russia is big). We have been there last year but we loved it there so much we wanted to come back. And we had o chance to skip it as we are doing Running Series this year and want to run in each possible start this year. We registered on each successfully so all we need now is to actually complete the run.
Zaraysk was first mentioned in 1146 so it's technically older than Moscow. Originally it was a bordertown. Compact but effective fortress (or Kremlin in old-fashioned Russian way)  was built to protect the Ryazan Duchy and later on Great Moscow Duchy from the Tatars. Well this particular Tatar girl thinks she could call this trip a tie or one more win for Zaraysk. Kremlin looks very lively there and my favorite spot, the 1916  water tower gives great view. Bonus poin…
