Inside and Outside

We have a super cold winter this year. and amount of snow is insane! This week alone made a normal January portion with extra. It feels like warmer than usual last winter decided to join forces with this one. Long story short I am very tired of cold and snow and all that. Give me some spring and happiness!    This outfit is super warm, I have many layers and it works. I wore this outfit to my yoga class and back I wear my entire yoga uniform under as if it was thermal underwear. Actual thermal underwear works better but it was a working substitute which also allowed me to save some space in my bag. First trip this year. And with friends. I have visited this town many times and it's still lovely. I'd say the point of this trip was to get out of home and familiar places to enjoy something remotely like a trip. We did want to look for something distant or hard to get to or even taking a lot of time to get to. SO we have chosen Sergiev Posad. This town is closely tied with Russian Orthodox Church having tons of temples and a monastery. I highly recommend to visit it because they have a super delicious bakery inside, not a joke really. The museums were closed and it was a bit cold outside but we walked a lot anyway. And had a fine meal together. If you ask me, it is very close to perfection. As for my outfit... I wanted to keep warm, that is why it looks a lot like what I wear to walk my dogs, lol. I tried to make it all look more pretty with long scarf (I have a soft sot for it) and cute mittens. You can never have too much fashion. I love watching fashion shows, big and small. I like it inside and outside when we talk about the location. Fashion is making me happy. But there are a lot of thing which are not very healthy about fashion and I am talking about ecological matters here. That is why it is so important to me to follow fashion turning its face to ecology. This is what my post is about. Some time ago in House Gogol museum/library there was a special event to support eco approach in fashion. As you know I am a long married woman. But I can't deny I love things wedding related: it's so much fun! Today I wanted to share my experience with the best ever wedding event in Moscow. It is WFest. I have attended it several times already (3 times to extact in 2016 , 2017 and today). It never fails to impress! And it is also curios to watch trends pass by. Last year was all about the photobooths and this year they are all gone. One the bright side it was super easy to find yourself a perfect wedding cake this year. I bookmarked several places to buy a cake because you know it doesn't have to be a wedding cake to be good. But no wedding is complete without a bride as well as no wedding festival is complete without bridal fashion show. Or at least for me.
