Fairy Tale, part 3. Loket/Karlovy Vary

I'm sorry it took me a bit long to update. I have news I'd love to share with you but I'll wait a little more to make a proper post.
We've made a trip to Loket and on our return decided to spent some extra time in Karlovy Vary. It's very nice and easy to travel there on the bus which goes every morning at 9 20-something from Florenz and goes directly to Loket. On the way back it's a great idea not to spent all the day in amazing Loket (although I'm sure you'd wanted to) and have a trip to the near by bigger citys: Karlovy Vary or Sokolov.
Loket is the most stunning place we've visited in Czech republic so far.
Small town and small castle which used to have so many purposes including even being a prison. As I am already talking about prisons I've to write about tortures. I've seen (without looking for it especially) at least 6 museums of tortures during the trip. In Loket it's the most fun. I mean it's fun because there are wax statures displaying some of ways people were treated years ago and to it in real prison rooms. It doesn't look scary even for a kid and as far as I think Loket keepers not intended to scary someone. But the screams-music is very nice. Fab place with tiny center, very nice buildings, very friendly and calm. As soon as we left Loket we started wishing to be there again one day.
We never planned to visit Karlovy Vary but enjoyed the spontaneous three hours walk in the center.
Lazy and old place. It's meant to be for elderly people and I loved this vibe. As it was built for tourism (as far as Karl IV could get tourism) the walk was charming as everything is built not far from the other. I mean, you can have a nice walk and see the most of sight seeing in three or four hours instead trying to decide what would be more dear to you. oh, and visit the Jan Becher museum. Becherovka is very nice thing to dring when you're freezing.

My outfit is very simple but I was very grateful I've chosen over to any other
I look like a super tourist. I knew I would spent all the day in buses, castles, museums and such not knowing what is going to be next. I needed something comfy and universal. So I though of playing androgyny tourist creating this outfit. Did I sucсeed?
Outfit shots in Loket castle

and in a small cafe saved my lovely Max's life from freezing

and the last shot of my outfit was made in Vary.

And finally photos you've been really waiting for:
Loket

This is a Dragon. Buuu! The stories from Loket says this dragon used to love here and is famous for his soft temper helping locals to set fine and such.

Karlovy Vary

I love how I managed to take Max's photo so very well done.

It's our family travel tradition to snap drinking from street's water fountains. He even drunk a little but after the photo was taken  - the termal water is very hot.

Are you still here and looking? Ok, you won a virtual prize.

I was wearing as super tourist:
Topshop coat (I told ya, all January in this coat!)
Tommy Hilfiger jeans and boots
Topman rucksack (borrowed from Max)
Max's cap (extra comfy and warm)
Umbrella bought in Prague (trust me, one day under the rain in Strekov and we finally bought it)
DKNY sweater (very old, sorry for showing it again)
Diesel glasses
LEGO watches (gifted from Max for the Winter holidays)

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha

What's in my bag?

I never did such post and really wanted to fill in the blanks here. Moreover I wanted to do it because I recently got two items which are hard to show in the outfit but are part of my daily life and style for sure. Plus it's it fun to have a closer look in my daily life? That's why I want to show you my bag contents. When I'm not wearing a backpack which usually means I have a sports uniform inside or planning or carry something more or less big or going for some travels (so I need my hands as free as possible) I tend to use smaller scale bags. The point is to have only minimum of necessary things with me and not to loose something important. This time I'm featuring my recently most loved bag by NewChic (you can shop it here ). Usually I have a wallet with me. When who doesn't? We still money to life, right? It is my very new and super comfy wallet which was provided by great company NewChic  I recently posted two posts with their awesome items here and h

Tanchoo the talk

You might have noticed I often wear accessory marked Tanchoo (my favourite rings I tend to wear with almost each outfit) or some Russian designer clothes I'm wearing. It's all from wonderful shop Tanchoo . I love this shop so much so when I thought about launching the post series about fashion in form of interview I never thought twice and contacted lovely shop owner Tatiana or simly Tanchoo to start it. This is Tanchoo herself modeling for her shop. this is me wearing some of Tanchoo accessories.and Dina Faradgeva top also from this shop And this is the interview: 1 Tanya the first question would be most ordinary but nevertheless interesting: why your shop and accessory line is called Tanchoo . What does it mean?   Tanchoo is my name is the sphere of design and for life. No my real name for sure is Tatiana but my friends call me that way - Tanchoo or Tanch)) That’s why then it came to choosing my brand name and afterwards the project Young Russian Design
