SPF, always

The weather is fantastic in Moscow. If you don't think about the pandemic it feel fantastic. I do want to spend more time outdoors hanging out my friends, family and dogs, which is actually what I do every day. With good weather here comes the sun and it means I need even more sun protection. I am one of those people who applies SPF every day not even looking for a forecast but when it's summer I re-apply often and generally look for stronger options.
I was very happy to be provided with this SPF 50+ spray by Nivea. It's not sticky, dries fast, don't have strong scent and works fine. I think it's a great daily option for any person. I still go for sport versions when I go on a long walk but this spray got me covered for my daily routine. I like the spray version because it is easy to apply, I frankly dislike spending too much time on putting the cream. The packaging is 95% recyclable (except for pump) which is wonderful for a very affordable product, keeping a great balance between taking care of our planet and your wallet.
Do you use SPF protection daily? If you don't at least make sure to apply a lot when it's a sunny day or when you are out for long. I heard dermatologists recommend using SPF protection even on a cloudy and rainy day and (frankly) so am I.

handmade bracelets (by my hubby and yours truly)

Have a nice day,

  4. Yes, I agree that is it important that we wear sunscreen. We also need to make sure that the sunscreen we wear is environmentally friendly especially if we are going into any water.

    1. I use 100 only for extreme matters (like mountains or most of the day under the hursh sun), 50 is fine for me for daily stuff and regular places

  10. What a nifty SPF for protecting your skin from the sun. I don't wear sunscreen but I should because my skin is so Eastern European and can burn very easily (My mom's grandparents are from the Czech Republic).

Estet Fashion Week 2021

During my time of being a blogger I hardly missed Estet Fashion Week. This year was regular in that matter, I attended it as well. Actually I am quite happy I did because I spent most of it on Zanzibar island, enjoy my sunny vacation. It was actually worthy of reduction of fashion experiences. But I was very excited to mix the two joys and still watch Estet Fashion Week and look through the styles. This time I watched gown show by Indira Badiyar who takes specialty is formal and evening dresses and super adorable kids fashion show by Oksana Kazakova inspired by vintage pieces. I have to admit I enjoyed both. My outfit is not as cool or fancy as I would want it to be mainly because after my vacation with very simple and effortless looks I didn't feel like wearing too much items, opting for simplicity. Also my skin on hands is not perfect so I wanted to cover it. It also severely limits my options of clothes because I mostly have my hands bare. It was comfortable though, I f

Not real outfit

I am SO lazy! I'm into meeting with friends and family, outdoor activities (we tried sup boards and loved it) and boat. Generally, it's mostly the boat. We get up early, walk the dogs, run and than get back to work. I also received my second shot and, oh my, brain fog is real. I wanted to update my blog anyway so I am posting photos I took during the last weekend. It's not really an outfit it's simply a cute dress I wore. To be honest I don't really feel like outfits lately, simply throwing some dress and go. I promise I will wear and take photos of this dress properly styled or something I was wearing: new and fantastically comfortable dress from Befree Certina watch handmade bracelets Border Collie Surak accessory   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Lady in Red

I love this simple dress! It looks gorgeous with big hat, loafer mules and a small bag. At the same time it looks not worse with sneakers and a backpack (looks like a reel idea here!). In general I like simple a little naive dresses. I wore this outfit multiple times without changing anything (actually a very rare occasion to me, normally I change around things: different hat, different bag, shoes or at least jewelry). We took photos last week before vaccination. I also wore this outfit to visit my grandfather earlier and he loved it. I have to admit I feel very stylish and elegant in this outfit. Comfort level is high as well so there is not really anything I might wanted to change about my looks here.
