The weather is fantastic in Moscow. If you don't think about the pandemic it feel fantastic. I do want to spend more time outdoors hanging out my friends, family and dogs, which is actually what I do every day. With good weather here comes the sun and it means I need even more sun protection. I am one of those people who applies SPF every day not even looking for a forecast but when it's summer I re-apply often and generally look for stronger options.
I was very happy to be provided with this SPF 50+ spray by Nivea. It's not sticky, dries fast, don't have strong scent and works fine. I think it's a great daily option for any person. I still go for sport versions when I go on a long walk but this spray got me covered for my daily routine. I like the spray version because it is easy to apply, I frankly dislike spending too much time on putting the cream. The packaging is 95% recyclable (except for pump) which is wonderful for a very affordable product, keeping a great balance between taking care of our planet and your wallet.
Do you use SPF protection daily? If you don't at least make sure to apply a lot when it's a sunny day or when you are out for long. I heard dermatologists recommend using SPF protection even on a cloudy and rainy day and (frankly) so am I.

Your sunglasses look so cute, match with your jumpsuit.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with this post. Always apply and bring with you your SPF. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree that is it important that we wear sunscreen. We also need to make sure that the sunscreen we wear is environmentally friendly especially if we are going into any water.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more: it should be safe for the nature. I often tend not to think about that part much choosing the format and protection factor.
Deletefactor 50 for me :) like the Baz Lurman video says.... wear sunscreen! Lol. great post, thanks for sharing and great shades!
ReplyDeleteI will have to check out this sunscreen. I use anywhere from SPF 50 to 100 (I know there's not much difference in the higher SPFs but I feel better LOL). Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI use 100 only for extreme matters (like mountains or most of the day under the hursh sun), 50 is fine for me for daily stuff and regular places
DeleteWe use SPF 100 lol, that is how much we can't stand the sun....
ReplyDeleteWeather looks great - not so much here in the UK. Make sure you put that sun cream protection on!
ReplyDeleteI especially use this brand of sunscreen during the summer time here in the philippines. Totally need to protect our skin!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nifty SPF for protecting your skin from the sun. I don't wear sunscreen but I should because my skin is so Eastern European and can burn very easily (My mom's grandparents are from the Czech Republic).
ReplyDeleteSpf cream is very important for scan here in India we use a lot of skin protection due to Extreme heat and tropical weather.
