Inside and Outside

Writing a post of yet another outfit I wore some time ago. Basically I had a many occasions all at one time so I spread it over a month. My husband and I went to the theater again. But this time wasn't regular. First of all we were play driven. We wanted to go and see this particular play without much thinking (or knowledge) of the theaters that have it. It never really happened before. And so we bought the tickets prior to the date and... completely forgot about it. Imagine 2 days prior the date my husband (who bought the tickets) got a message about the upcoming event. It took us some time to actually remember about the play. The bonus of prior booking: you can forget about it completely. Anyway, it was a huge joy to us. And we loved the play. It's very hard to write what "Waiting for Godot" is about. Because it's literally a play where who main heroes are waiting to meet Godot, a person we have a vague understanding of. And they are not even sure if he comes ...

I actually planned on writing how much I love the golden leaves and trees around. How beautiful it is and how joyful it is to walk in the park or forest during the season. How elegant I feel and tend to dress when the trees are red and golden with touch of green here and there. I also planned on mentioning my hack for comfortable and beautiful photos on a sunny day during the colorful leaves time. The hack is simple: wear a dress you'd normally wear for winter. You'll feel comfortable to walk as long as you need and won't need anything extra: like a jacket, coat or a hoodie. I wear glasses. Not often, mostly for museums and theater (if I don't forget) and to play video games on big screen. But I do value a fine pair as a fashion accessory and a way hide my eyes a little. A life-hack to any person suffering from seasonal allergy. If you wear glasses you will get less attention with your red puffy eyes. My allergies definitely went all the way down when I grew up but it was a huge life-hack with I was a teen. It was very hard to make my friend believe that I didn't cry because of some boy and my eyes look that way because the tree I am allergic to started to product pollen. Still remember that and my favorite sporty pair of glasses, black with orange stripes. These two beauties are from Glassesshop. Final day for me was very busy with extra work and things to do but I was very excited I also had a show to attend. And it was wonderful! The brand is called Gerda Irene and it's an upcycle brand. there was a number of upcycle brands on MBFWRussia but I do think Gerda Irene is the only brand who does it really naturally and eco-friendly. She fins magical old embroidery, interesting laces and materials. The collection doesn't force you to show off the item is upcycled and mostly it's very hard to guess on the first sight. If you ask me, that's the real purpose, giving new lives, new clothes, not some show off costume. I don't want my clothes to be loud about my sustainability position, I want my clothes to be pretty and stylish and modern. I want to be able to do that thinking about ecology and our world but I also want to think about fashion. I do believe Gerda Irene is the brand to support me in the position. Waist trainers. How often do you think of it? How often do you think you should consider wearing it? Having entered one more lockdown here it might be harder to find a proper motivation for yourself. As my close and single friend says: "without a gym and dates it's very hard for me to find motivation to fit in my sexy dresses when I can simply couch potato with Netflix and chips. I'll just eat nothing and workout extra when we're finally more or less free again". While I definitely don't recommend her methods and still vote for healthy diet and daily exercise, I can't deny lowered motivation. Putting your running shoes on or  getting on your workout mat definitely requires some mental work. One day it's easy and you burn and you can't wait to do it, the other you can not find any motivation and keep on finding reasons why you should do it a little later on. ENG: Last week I attended a super cute event. Kids Fashion Week. This time there were tons of shows but I unfortunately could only enjoy it partly. For me there were shows by  Devusi (my personal favorite), Goryacheva, Beroni and Diamonds. Each show had its own unique vision of kids fashion and styles and each focused on different occasions in little fashionistas lives.
