Happy New Year

Following our holiday season tradition we are out to give our farewells to passing 2023 and welcome 2024. The food was delicious.  I wore this cute dress and it felt lovely. It’s on the warmer side but I would really prefer it being a little warmer anyway. I felt very cute, there is some  innate elegance in wearing a simple midi dress Bonus: first sunrise of 2024. Laguna Nichupte, Cancún, Quintana Roo  I was wearing: Dress Akhmadullina Shoes Porta Bag Coach    Have a nice day, Lyosha

Sailor Moon concert

As many other girls of my age and a little more (I grew up in Russia and everything came there years after it did in the civilazed world). I am a big fan and I do think this story of female friendship and girl power is very enriching for any girl out there. I managed to save my love to the show even growing up. When I heard about upcoming syphonic concert with Sailor Moon tunes I couldn't say no to it. I just had to get the ticket and go. And I did. And not alone either but also with my family (excluding Surak because dogs are not yet allowed in Cancun Theater). I also have to admit I shamelessly dressed up my daughter as a Sailor Warrior, Sailor Jupiter to be exact.  My own outfit is not a cosplay and it doesn't feature any elements of a fan but I did try to catch the spirit and represent it. Did I manage to do it with transperent purple top and mini-dress? I think so. I was wearing: c/o NAP lougewear dress Alena Akhmadullina top Converse Kenzo bag Versace Versus jack...

Sweet Child o'mine

I had a lovely weekend despite having less time to actually have fun because of my husband's schedule. He needed extra time just for himself so I had to hang out with our baby more and do less on having fun department. I didn't even go to the beach. Not that I miss it that much but still. However we did manage to enjoy local fairs, movie night and open air concert. I love the concert so much, I totally missed the life music vibe and I didn't get a chance to really enjoy it here in Mexico (we do have brass band concerts here all the time and I don't even have to pay for the entrance because I can heart it perfectly but it's not the same as good old rock). It was very fun. It actually felt even more special as we obviously took our baby with us, we think we need to start thinking towards nanny  but there is no rush and I think we are doing more or less fine for now. For my outfit I have chosen my favorite mesh combo. I love how sexy it makes me feel and how cute i...

Mesh outfit

I had this post as well as a couple of others with my pregnancy outfits. I decided to post it now, which is actually handy because while I am taking time to heal up I can't make quality not at home outfit posts and frankly I only wear simple dresses these days. There is something special about transparent clothes to me. It's sexy and it boosts the confidence SO much! I do think the lasting trend on similar items shows how much we, girls, seek empowerment and enjoy rediscovering ourselves. And yes being a huge of Riri pregnancy fashion I just had to go for something like that. But that is not it. I actually bought this top from a stylist who was a part of the team who made the fashion show featuring this particular top (yes, it is a runaway item) while I was experiencing one my first times of shooting being an official photographer from the show. Needless to say this makes time piece even more special. I didn't think twice packing it to come with me despite not actually wear...

11-11

I actually planned on writing how much I love the golden leaves and trees around. How beautiful it is and how joyful it is to walk in the park or forest during the season. How elegant I feel and tend to dress when the trees are red and golden with touch of green here and there. I also planned on mentioning my hack for comfortable and beautiful photos on a sunny day during the colorful leaves time. The hack is simple: wear a dress you'd normally wear for winter. You'll feel comfortable to walk as long as you need and won't need anything extra: like a jacket, coat or a hoodie. And while all of the above is valid I still wanted to name the blog post 11/11 after all the date is beautiful and it's a rare date when it doesn't really matter who wrote the day, it's impossible to confuse day and month here (hello, my dear American readers).   The photos are so beautiful I actually pushed the publishing of this set because I didn't want to mix it with the fashion w...

RusArtStyle, part 1

ENG: I just came back from exhibition call RusArtStil (roughly translated as 'Russian Art Style'). It was so much fun. A lot of people think of Russia as of mono-cultural and national country but it is not. During the exhibition we got experience modern outlook on national twists to fashion and modern outlook of it. It was an opening day. I enjoyed it a lot.   ENG: I got to see the fashion show of Natalia Shibina who showed various options for for kids creating a real life fairy tale. Super inspiring! Not only clothes but the whole show was very creative and beautiful, designer who is a photographer as well did her best to present her collection the be...
