Cuidad de Mexico, part 5. Assorted museums.

There are lots of museums in Mexico City. It is named one of top 10 cities by the number of museums in the world. Some museums are bigger, some definitely are on the smaller side and some are also absolutely free (sidenote: many museums are free on Sunday for residents and citizens, and some even for travelers as well). Today I want to invite you on a very assorted museum run with me. Here some (four to be exact) museums of Mexico City we managed to visit during our trip. By the way, all of them are free to visit.
1 Palacio de Cultura citibanamex. As far as I remember the exposition changes from time to time but the palace stays the same and looks spectacular. We saw a very modern and curious exposition of one of the biggest archtechs of Mexico city.

2 Museo Archivo de Fotografia. The photography museum. My personal favorite, we have spent tons of time here. I had such a plast. Definitely a must visit for people who are into the photography.

3 Colegio San Idelfonso. Mural, murals, murals. Both original murals on the walls are breataking and spectacular, explaining the spirit of Mexico and it's capital in the fullest; and the modern new artists who follow the same spirit in a modern manera.

4 UNAM Palacio de la escuela de medicina. Museo de la medicina. Medical museum. Very curious points onvarious conditions, lots and lots of information on embrios, skin conditions and facial reconstruction. I am not a medic but it was very curious. Surely the palace is a breathtaking beauty by itself.

  8. Wow I didn't know Mexico was in the top ten for museums. It could give NY and Paris a run for their money. The museums you visited looked wonderful. Would love to visit a museum on archtechs and the exterior of that one museum is stunning!

    1. oh yes, most of the museums in Mexico City repurpose old buildings so it's very true visiting some of them (especially the free museums) just to explore the interior)

  12. What an intriguing exploration of Mexico City's museum scene! It's fascinating to learn about the abundance of museums in the city, with some even offering free admission on Sundays. The Palacio de Cultura citibanamex sounds like a must-visit, especially with its ever-changing exhibitions amidst the stunning architecture. If you're ever in Mexico City, don't miss out on the opportunity to immerse yourself in its rich cultural offerings, including its diverse museum experiences. And for travelers seeking convenient transportation of artifacts or exhibits, exploring reliable air freight services in Pakistan could be beneficial.

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha

МКММ + Couture Fashion Show

So! I am so very excited! I have visited my first real actual fashion show ever since March and I couldn’t ever be happier. It’s just wow! This time I visited MKMM final shows merged with Couture Fashion Show later that night. I had a chance to see many wonderful shows by young and talented designers and enjoyed it a lot. Creativity everywhere. Something is purely catwalk (and I totally don’t mind it at all), something that is very easy to imagine rushing the streets, something very creative and futuristic and making a statement with so much in between. Overall in love. I don’t think I really can be picky because after all those digital shows real made a huge impression on me. It almost as if I am visiting my first ever fashion show but better because I know what to expect. I think you are not reading this and already scrolled past this point and enjoy the contestants. And don’t blame you at all.  RU: Прекрасные новости! Мой первый настоящий офлайн показ с марта месяца. И он оказася пр

Racing and reviewing

Enjoy the little things. Yesterday I made it to my first run this year (race actually but counting my own results it is being a part is what matters). It was so emotional and so good. I loved it so much. It felt close to my first runs ever by the emotions. And it was also a new location to me. We ran near town of Volokolamsk next to a memorial for 28 heroes Panfilovcy. There is a story of WWII heroes, A squad waited for reinforcements and didn't back off because Moscow, the capital, was right behind them. Only 28 men survived to see the help. They are highly praised here, even though we are not sure it is fully truth. I loved the memorial, it looks impressive but there is no pomposity you see so often about about Russian WWII monuments (even though they are not called WWII, in Russia it is called the Great Patriotic War). For the run I wore a new suit I was provided by Dear-lover wonderful shop. The suit is made with snake print which I love (and I am Zodiac snake, by the wa
