Keep Your Hydration Game with KEEPTO

I just love summer. It is always fun and happy for me. More opportunities, easier to meet friends and family and, frankly, even simple rays of sunshine make me smile more. After all I don't need to put on tons of clothes just to leave the door. It is a blessing. According to forecast  this week should be very sunny and warm both night and day. I am so excited! There is so much I want to do!
With the weather getting hotter, we tend to hang out outside more and more. It also means we need to take care of ourselves more. While most of us don't forget to apply SPF (or at least try their best to do it), I often notice people stopped thinking about the hydration. I often joke I might skip on some water if I leave by myself but I never do if I go with my dogs. On the bright side, they never mind me drinking their water. However it is not always for the better. I strongly believe in stimulating yourself with comfort. If you own a comfortable drinking bottle (bonus points if it looks good), it is more likely you will keep hydration game. I have a friend who simply put a pretty glass next to her water and ended easily hitting her desired 2 liters per day. Today I want to show you some cute water bottles just because I care about you. Today I want to show you some handy KEEPTO bottles.

The bottle above is very pretty and easy to just grab and go. I love the color choices here a lot. The nozzle is large so you don't have to  fight for some water barely coming out. The silicon plus keeps everything clean and safe, so can just throw it into your bag and forget about it. Motivational print might also help you even if the bottle itself is not big enough to fully cover your water needs by itself.

This gallon water bottle with straw above is big enough to hit your water supply goal for a day. It's super easy just to fill it and put on your desk. You can check out the handy schedule and keep your water game. This bottle also has a straw which is very comfortable for many. Also a lot of people drink faster using the straw comparing to nozzle or a glass, if you are one of such people straw might help hit the hydration goals easier. This bottle also has a strap so you can take it with you if you go camping for example. It comes in various colors including green, yellow and purple.

The bottle above is even more versatile. It is made of steel and comes with 3 different lids. Not only it allows you to keep your water there but also acts as a thermo mug which is a blessing during colder days. I always take such a cup with me on walks with my dogs so I can keep on walking with comfort for loner period of time. They say it keeps hot for up to 24 hours and cold up to 36.

Take care of yourself. Drink a lot of water, apply sun protection, eat you fruits and vegetables. There is nothing more important than health.

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

  1. Staying hydrated is definitely super important! I have something similar to this and it makes it SO much easier to track how much water I am actually drinking. These designs look awesome and so colourful!

Dia del Taco

Would you head to the city centre to stay in the queues to eat some cheap taco, listen to mariachis and watch lucha libre for your your birthday? Because that is exactly what I happily did! It was so much fun! I was very tired after but it was So worth it. I do hope to repeat it next year because March 31st is Taco day in Mexico. I do hope to enjoy it even more next time! As it was my birthday I wanted to wear something more flashy and festive. I went with sexy skirt, basic top and my most comfortable shoes. I felt edgy and beautiful. May be a little overdressed but who cares as it was my birthday! Who said 'taco'? I was wearing: H&M skirt (yes, i still kinda shocked they made such a beautiful and well made silky perfection) Doc Marten's Cuidado con el Perro top (I wear this shop a lot, but they seem to be so cute and affordable, I found a lot of joy in buying a top once in a while) Coach bag Necklace gift from my partner long before Fossil watch (last year'

A year of my life 2.0

It's been a year since I have moved to Mexico and honestly it still feels like a dream come to true to me. I am so happy and fulfilled here, it is incredible. I am half-way scared I might jinx it. I do pray I won't. I am also very happy how my adaptation went/goes here. I thought it might be useful to many people who relocate to a very different climate and also different culture (always applies) to share some of my tips. Each of them contributed to my well being here. I feel very local here. After all they joke Mexicans are born wherever they feel like. May be it was meant for me to live here that is why I adapted so well. Anyways, here is my piece of mind: 1 Have your eyes opened. Adapt to new reality. It is not your previous home with benefits, it is completely different. Don't expect it to be like your before-home but better in each and every position. 2 People at your new place and the place itself are not "them", it is called "us" now. Start with

Pool time!

It is finally warm enough for a pool! Can't say I am a water baby but it was very nice for me. And Just look at the super cute Ada Maria in her baby bikini. Awww, my heart melted. I definitely felt like a mom-mom in my one piece swimsuit with ruffles and a huge floppy hat. I mean, isn't it what fancy pool moms looked like when I was little. I am a little shocked to realize.. I am one of them now! P.S. it is not nearly as warm today or yeasterday but I am staying hopeful for hitting the pool or a beach  very soon.
