Woman Snake

While we are still allowed outside we do enjoy visiting half empty (or even more) theaters and philharmonic. We do take all the possible precautions but it is impossible to stay home. Today I want to show you a small outfit I have chosen for a theater time for Carlo Gozzi's 'Woman-Snake'. The play was half modern, with improvisation (they added a joke about masks), with beautiful and funny costumes. We enjoyed it so much!

I wore my favorite dress which I have worn million times before but I enjoy a lot anyway, I hope you do too.

I was wearing:
Victoria Tretyak dress
thrifted boots
Topshop hat (old)
c/o Glassesshop glasses
belt (originally belonged to my mother, I started wearing it aged couple of days)

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

    1. it's my favorite vacation score. I about it for 2 or 3 euro in Amsterdam around 4 years ago and wear it all the time. There was a tiny scratch on the side but I fixed it with some liquid leather i already had. It's the example of how good thrifting might be

    1. here they were allowed to work with not more than 50% of seats taken (they sold tickets skipping seats. now it is changed to 25%. Theaters are a big portion of Moscow's attraction and budget, closing it off might kill the city's pride and joy as the theaters might not survive another 6 months closed

  26. This looks like a great opportunity to get out and enjoy life, despite the restrictions that we're all facing right now. We haven't been going to theatres or many public spaces, however, we have made a point of getting out and camping even more than usual this year. It's so important to hold onto the things that bring us joy, especially with all the negativity in the world today.

    1. it's not new. Carlo Gozzi is classic Italian Comedy author (Comedia delle'arte). He is most known for Turandot (there is Schiller version as well but it was written after). Woman-Snake and Turandot is from the cycle of stories

I am glad that you are one of those who still attend events, which is very important for organizers who put a lot of effort into holding events.

I'm glad you're still able to go out, even at only 50% capacity. We are getting ready for another lockdown tomorrow, which is supposed to last two weeks.

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha

What's in my bag?

I never did such post and really wanted to fill in the blanks here. Moreover I wanted to do it because I recently got two items which are hard to show in the outfit but are part of my daily life and style for sure. Plus it's it fun to have a closer look in my daily life? That's why I want to show you my bag contents. When I'm not wearing a backpack which usually means I have a sports uniform inside or planning or carry something more or less big or going for some travels (so I need my hands as free as possible) I tend to use smaller scale bags. The point is to have only minimum of necessary things with me and not to loose something important. This time I'm featuring my recently most loved bag by NewChic (you can shop it here ). Usually I have a wallet with me. When who doesn't? We still money to life, right? It is my very new and super comfy wallet which was provided by great company NewChic  I recently posted two posts with their awesome items here and h

Tanchoo the talk

You might have noticed I often wear accessory marked Tanchoo (my favourite rings I tend to wear with almost each outfit) or some Russian designer clothes I'm wearing. It's all from wonderful shop Tanchoo . I love this shop so much so when I thought about launching the post series about fashion in form of interview I never thought twice and contacted lovely shop owner Tatiana or simly Tanchoo to start it. This is Tanchoo herself modeling for her shop. this is me wearing some of Tanchoo accessories.and Dina Faradgeva top also from this shop And this is the interview: 1 Tanya the first question would be most ordinary but nevertheless interesting: why your shop and accessory line is called Tanchoo . What does it mean?   Tanchoo is my name is the sphere of design and for life. No my real name for sure is Tatiana but my friends call me that way - Tanchoo or Tanch)) That’s why then it came to choosing my brand name and afterwards the project Young Russian Design
