When you grow up you want to be... an astronaut?

Who did you want to become when you were little? I bet a lot of you said Astronauts, I have friend who want to be alien when he grows up. I can't really say I am a grownup (not age wise for sure) but I am always curious about space. That is my little excuse to be posting this today: sharing my experience from Zvezdny Gorodok (or Star City) in Moscow region. It is a place established and opened by the famous Yury Gagarin (first man is space) and it still accommodates astronauts before and after they trips. For example not long before there were people from India there. And they also have a super interesting museum. People who work there are very passionate about their job so you don't need much to get them talking. I received a good story about salmon suit just because I stared at it longer than she thought uninterested person would do. It is intended for water but was never used as there never was a water landing case. Except of one time when two people landed on a lake in early 90s but it was frozen. The scary part if that the boat was upside down and people were afraid to open it if the astronauts are alive. They were ok but tired because they handed upsidedown for hours.
Below you can find a tour to the museum with my favorite shots

Salmon suit photo turned out a little awkward with the reflection of my friend in there but it still need to be posted as well because I told you a story about it.

The reason I visited it this otherwise closed town is to run! It was the last in the series and I am happy. It was fun to run almost each weekend during almost two months but frankly I am a bit tired to have weekend all prepped up for a run early in the morning. I am not enough of tourism though! I have plans to have no plans but greeting my husband back home for the upcoming weekend and I couldn't more excited about it. It's nice to be able to be spontaneous for a change.

My outfit is super casual and there is nothing about it to actually say it. The weather was pretty nice so I didn't mind enjoying it but being post run during not exactly hot day made me wear extra layers. It might be nice, for a change as well.

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

    1. музей именно про космонавтов, а не просто про космос. там очень много экспедиции и прочее. Галактика, конечно, не помешала бы, но гордятся они именно подготовкой кадров. И кабинетом Гагарина.

    1. thanks! It was not that easy you know, I did't have zero g to pose!
and thanks for mentioning running. It is a great fitness activity for me: it is outdoors so I enjoy beautiful views, it's affordable, it provides me with me time and I don't have to go anywhere to do it, just leave the door. I find organized runs a great motivation to keep up, without it it is hard sometimes to push yourself to do better for yourself

As an adult, I am even more aware of the fact that I could *not* cut it in space 😅 but I am so amazed at everyone who aspires to go up there and change life as we know it, and I'd love to visit some of the awesome museums that are around the world!

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha

What's in my bag?

I never did such post and really wanted to fill in the blanks here. Moreover I wanted to do it because I recently got two items which are hard to show in the outfit but are part of my daily life and style for sure. Plus it's it fun to have a closer look in my daily life? That's why I want to show you my bag contents. When I'm not wearing a backpack which usually means I have a sports uniform inside or planning or carry something more or less big or going for some travels (so I need my hands as free as possible) I tend to use smaller scale bags. The point is to have only minimum of necessary things with me and not to loose something important. This time I'm featuring my recently most loved bag by NewChic (you can shop it here ). Usually I have a wallet with me. When who doesn't? We still money to life, right? It is my very new and super comfy wallet which was provided by great company NewChic  I recently posted two posts with their awesome items here and h

Tanchoo the talk

You might have noticed I often wear accessory marked Tanchoo (my favourite rings I tend to wear with almost each outfit) or some Russian designer clothes I'm wearing. It's all from wonderful shop Tanchoo . I love this shop so much so when I thought about launching the post series about fashion in form of interview I never thought twice and contacted lovely shop owner Tatiana or simly Tanchoo to start it. This is Tanchoo herself modeling for her shop. this is me wearing some of Tanchoo accessories.and Dina Faradgeva top also from this shop And this is the interview: 1 Tanya the first question would be most ordinary but nevertheless interesting: why your shop and accessory line is called Tanchoo . What does it mean?   Tanchoo is my name is the sphere of design and for life. No my real name for sure is Tatiana but my friends call me that way - Tanchoo or Tanch)) That’s why then it came to choosing my brand name and afterwards the project Young Russian Design
