Lace for inspiration


For most of people days of the week are a bit scrambled. I normally inspire you during the weekend but these two weeks were different. I actually have plans for the weekend inspiration post, I hope you like it as well.
I am a bit annoyed by the isolation. The weather is awesome and I really want to go out. I know I can't I really don't but doesn't mean I don't want to. Badly. Also Facebook and Google took time to remind me of normally started boating season and it is the time I am looking forward normally. Spending time on our boat gliding through river and channels, sunbathing on the nose, cooking in the kitchen, holding a whelm in my hands. It feels so good! I don't know when I will be doing it this year. Anyway, I really want to distract myself from sun and possible water joys. By doing what? By writing this inspiration post for you. Today I teamed up with Yesbabyonline to bring you some beautiful dresses. My apologies for picking wedding dresses as a theme but I really don't feel like thinking up anything extra. Today I want to show two beautiful dresses I saw there and tell you my thoughts on it.

Gorgoues lace details. Love the very long skirt paired with light and practically absent upper part. Classic design made not boring.

Again lace here. Absolutely classic dress, I am charmed. Yes this wonderful example of
cheap wedding dresses doesn't actually look cheap! I think it would work better with curves but I don't think there is a perfect versatile wedding dress.

When you start on inspiration posts it hard to spot. At least for me. I feel like I am half awake in my bed, feeling super lazy and have to strict plans for the morning so I am hitting the 'snooze' button. Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...
