Shine and Inspire with BM Bridal

I hope you didn't really hope I start with outfit posts. I actually could have but I really feel like my fingers miss typing and talking to you all. So I wanted to start with something a little more chatty than regular 'I wore this and that to do this fantastic thing'. I wanted to find an inspiration for each and everyone of you. So I decided to write a new inspiration post. I feel a little rusty about inspiration and blogging in general so I took up a very simple and still enjoyable topic. Bridesmaid dresses inspire me and push me a lot for the better so I am always thrilled to write about it. I keep on saying while Wedding Dresses might be more stunning but we do all aim to wear it only once; Bridesmaid Dresses on contrary could be worn multiple times and are always super happy, after all each girl wants to have at least couple of besties near the aisle, right?
To inspire everyone I chose one of the well known to me and very stunning at the same time online shop called BM Bridal. I hope you will love my top 3 choices! Also these babies are inexpensive at all, totally affordable which makes me top three even more appealing!

I just love this type of dresses! Always so pretty and so elegant. Ideal to me but only for sunny summer wedding, preferable outdoors, open back is lovely. This is one the cheap bridesmaid dresses you might never guess cost that little!

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

Explore Starcon

I'm going to brake up vacation post series to share the Starcon experience. A week ago I was sitting on the same spot and getting ready to go. We've been to lovely Saint  Petersburgh. We managed to have a charming walk in the  evening even right after the con. Starcon was all about sci-fi and we loved it so much. We even wore the Jedi costumes (wait for them in the end of post). Max, my lovely husband, sewed them for only 3 days (that's why the design is so simple). and I also got 2d place in Star Wars Miniatures board game tournament took place there. I'm so happy! As for outfit - I've chosen a super comfy outfit with a very cool pants! I bought them on ebay and they are more than 20 year old pants (I guess soon they could buy booze on their own but I doubt I need it). I love them for their shape - keeping me cool during hot and warm when needed. Oh, and can I also call it my pijama pants trend pants? or not? What I also wanted to mention you are my fab set jewel...

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...
