Tanchoo the talk

You might have noticed I often wear accessory marked Tanchoo(my favourite rings I tend to wear with almost each outfit) or some Russian designer clothes I'm wearing. It's all from wonderful shop Tanchoo. I love this shop so much so when I thought about launching the post series about fashion in form of interview I never thought twice and contacted lovely shop owner Tatiana or simly Tanchoo to start it.

This is Tanchoo herself modeling for her shop.

this is me wearing some of Tanchoo accessories.and Dina Faradgeva top also from this shop

And this is the interview:

1 Tanya the first question would be most ordinary but nevertheless interesting: why your shop and accessory line is called Tanchoo. What does it mean?

Tanchoo is my name is the sphere of design and for life. No my real name for sure is Tatiana but my friends call me that way - Tanchoo or Tanch)) That’s why then it came to choosing my brand name and afterwards the project Young Russian Designers I didn’t have other oprtions. In general Tanchoo is title of Sony Playstation game about ninjas.

2 What’s your main principle for choice of brands you work with at your shop? Do you have the general vision of your future assortiment or you act spontaneous as your soul tells you?

I choose brands according to many criteria. It’s important for me collection to be balanced and distinctive have a special concept. For me it’s important how brand can present it’s clothes how tempting the lookbook looks. I can realize at once whether or not each item would sold in my shop or should I even start working with them. So I don’t ask each brand to work with me. But I’m always opened for cooperation as there creating a lot of interesting and curious young designer and brands.

3 How strong the connection between your personal style and your shop? Was there any item in your shop you would never wear?

Most of them I would love to see in my closet but as you can easily find both quilted fish hat with spicks and very classic suits so yes there are some stuff I could wear in a very limited conditions).

4 What’s your first memory about fashion and design? What was the very first fashionable something you did yourself?

Being around 13 I started altering clothes for myself including my mom’s clothes and then started drawing with actilic paints on t-shirts. Thing is the time was long ago and more brutal in Russia there was a lack of any fine clothes for young people. and surely there was no sing of desinger printed tees which you can easily find now, then there was barely something or just one Levi’s for all city or market so we had to think up something))) Later on polymer clay and I started creating handmade accessory. first thing I’ve done were Psilocybin mushroom (shrooms or magic mashrooms) - it was trendy then.

5 Tanchoo collections are very different from each other, it even feels like there were a lot of people behind them. How do you inspire yourself to be so various?

I can’t say there is just something one that works for me. Usually it comes in the most unexpected momnets and what pushed me to do it... - well, anything!))))

6 Last but not least: the social survey from my blog: people say that talented in fashion and design kids modify ther toys and remaking the dolls costumes as their first experiments. Did you do something alike?

Nope, never did that))))

here are some items from this awesome shop! Don't forget to shop at Tanchoo

If you are Russian or speak Russian you have a great chance to read this interview in it original way.

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

Jaime Ibiza Fashion show

It's been awhile since I have visited a  fashion show. I am so excited to get to see it from time to time here. This time I was happy enjoy and bag and luggage fashion show. The designer is pretty famous here in Mexico. He is from Guadalajara. I absolutely enjoyed the spectacle and the bags. I can easily see me rocking any of those!  Luggage collection was a special surprice. It is the first and new collection and it features cute styles, great quality and interesting shapes to carry you stuff the best way possible making trips even more enjoyable. I wore a very casual look. All brows, cute little back and comfortable shoes. I didn't get to wear something special because I was on a  go and in a bit of a hurry as I have had things to do right after. It was a great experience. I hope to see more fashion shows here. I was wearing: Cuidado con el Perro skirt and shoes MiuMiu bag H&M top   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Explore Starcon

I'm going to brake up vacation post series to share the Starcon experience. A week ago I was sitting on the same spot and getting ready to go. We've been to lovely Saint  Petersburgh. We managed to have a charming walk in the  evening even right after the con. Starcon was all about sci-fi and we loved it so much. We even wore the Jedi costumes (wait for them in the end of post). Max, my lovely husband, sewed them for only 3 days (that's why the design is so simple). and I also got 2d place in Star Wars Miniatures board game tournament took place there. I'm so happy! As for outfit - I've chosen a super comfy outfit with a very cool pants! I bought them on ebay and they are more than 20 year old pants (I guess soon they could buy booze on their own but I doubt I need it). I love them for their shape - keeping me cool during hot and warm when needed. Oh, and can I also call it my pijama pants trend pants? or not? What I also wanted to mention you are my fab set jewel...

Ruinas El Rey

Archeological site El Rey is located in the Cancun hotel zone, right next to the most scenic beach in my opinion playa Delfines. The part of the ancient town is actually located in the nearby museum Museo Maya Cancun (if you ever visit it, don't forget to also check the ruins in the garden). But the original town was a lot more than what you see in the museum. I highly suggest you to walk a little bit further and explore the ruins of the right hand side right after playa Delfines. It is a very tranquil place with lots of iguanas for the inthuiasts and ruins to explore. the entrance is inexpensive as well. My family had a lot of fun exploring the small ruins of our town. I have chosen to wear my favorite wideleg jeans, a crop top and practical closed shoes (I always suggest some soft of closed toes shoes to explore the ruins, it allows you to move freely without worring to hurt your  feet). Definitely perfect for a relaxing weekend I was wearing:   Have a nice day...
