Uglich

This weekend I wasn't present because we went on a river cruise/weekend getaway to Uglich. It was so much fun! We relaxed on a deck, explored new town, ate without worries or thinking, watched movies, read books and played video games on our Nintendo Switches. If you ask me, I was super relaxed and happy with this little trip.
Uglich is a small town in Yaroslavl region. It has long history but it's mostly famous for being a place of death of the last tsar from Rurikovich dynasty (the first of Russia). Unfortunately the town had lost of fires and military destruction so there are not much left of it's early history. However classic Russian churches are present in big numbers and river Volga takes a very beautiful turn there. The oldest building of Uglich (or Ouglitch as they sometimes write it with latin letters) is behind my back on the first photo below. It was a part of original living quarters of the ruler. It is made of red brick, with tons of little details, it looks pretty impressive.

I wore roomy jeans,  flip flops, a silk scarf to add some warmth, tiny uniqlo anti-wind jacket and Pirosmani studio t-shirt with necklaces (actually these metal pieces were fashion show invitations but I kept them wear as a statement necklace). It actually was a bit chilly there (colder than the forecast told) so I wore pretty much everything I had off photos.

I was wearing:
very old Topshop jeans
Pirosmani Studios t-shirt and necklace
Adidas flipflops
vintage Salvatore Ferragamo silk scarf

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

    1. It's a part of 'Golden Ring' of Russia. Basically if you ever travel to Russia I highly recommend to visit Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and at least couple of smaller place from Golden Ring (better if you choose smaller places, more distant from Moscow)

I’d prefer to use some with the content on my blog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link on your web blog. Thanks for sharing.

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

Explore Starcon

I'm going to brake up vacation post series to share the Starcon experience. A week ago I was sitting on the same spot and getting ready to go. We've been to lovely Saint  Petersburgh. We managed to have a charming walk in the  evening even right after the con. Starcon was all about sci-fi and we loved it so much. We even wore the Jedi costumes (wait for them in the end of post). Max, my lovely husband, sewed them for only 3 days (that's why the design is so simple). and I also got 2d place in Star Wars Miniatures board game tournament took place there. I'm so happy! As for outfit - I've chosen a super comfy outfit with a very cool pants! I bought them on ebay and they are more than 20 year old pants (I guess soon they could buy booze on their own but I doubt I need it). I love them for their shape - keeping me cool during hot and warm when needed. Oh, and can I also call it my pijama pants trend pants? or not? What I also wanted to mention you are my fab set jewel...

Volvo Fashion Week Moscow Thursday

The Volvo Fashion week Moscow finished and I feel a little sad about it. I"m so very happy to finally share with you Volvo Fashion Week Moscow experience! In fact  instead  of just one day announced at my blog I had a great chance to be on whole three! The first day included two shows for me. Anastasia Z. and Lena Vasilyeva.  Both collection were dreamy. The first in the timeline, Anastasia Z.,  designers  were very close and tight by temper. feminine, absolutely wearable clothes. I loved the romantic mood of collection and flowing like water materials. I also have to add the colours were very nice and calm to my eye. In fact, if I had more money I would buy it. Lena Vasilyeva knocked my brain off. It's the 5th day after I saw the collection and I still can not clearly say how I feel about it. The collection is split up on two 'spring' and 'summer'. What I'm trying to say is: the first part of the collection is rather grim, dark and vintage but stil...
