Fashion Month: Fame of Russian Fashion

During and even a little longer than Mersedes-Benz Fashion Week russian fashion lovers would be able to see the exhibition of Vyatcheslav Zaitsev the elder and I'd say the most famous Russian Designer. Slava Zaitsev brand is selebration it's 30 anniversary this year. Since 1982 Zaitsev is making his amaizng collections. He was the first Soviet designer to start placing his name on clothes label.

Many of his collections were shown abroad icluding "Russian Seasons In Paris" (PFW), "1000 from Christening Russia" (Milan and Paris), 2 personal exhibitions in Berlins etc. This year he was named the  Designer of year by GQ. He was a pioneer, the first designer to show Russian fashion to the world.

The exhibition would last from 18th till 31st of October in Manezh

Have a nice day,

Sergiev Posad trip

First trip this year. And with friends. I have visited this town many times and it's still lovely. I'd say the point of this trip was to get out of home and familiar places to enjoy something remotely like a trip. We did want to look for something distant or hard to get to or even taking a lot of time to get to. SO we have chosen Sergiev Posad. This town is closely tied with Russian Orthodox Church having tons of temples and a monastery. I highly recommend to visit it because they have a super delicious bakery inside, not a joke really. The museums were closed and it was a bit cold outside but we walked a lot anyway. And had a fine meal together. If you ask me, it is very close to perfection. As for my outfit... I wanted to keep warm, that is why it looks a lot like what I wear to walk my dogs, lol. I tried to make it all look more pretty with long scarf (I have a soft sot for it) and cute mittens. But that's it really. I was wearing: H&M scarf Tommy Hilfiger b

Back with outfit

And I am finally back to outfit posting. I originally planned to post it simultaneously with my Instagram outfit but things do not always go as planned. Anyway, there you have it. Technically it's my last outfit of 2020 we wore it for our annual theater time. I can't way the play was good but it wasn't bad either, I saw a lot in common with my personal vision of 2020 as year here. I wore long skirt and a sweater here. I am crazy about funny pattern and I like now the colors mix. It's rare for me but both items are from the same brand, Akhmadullina Dreams. yes, it's Russian and I absolutely love it, mostly for quirky and funny prints and embroidery. My green sweater with bright fluffy red fox is from the same brand as well as my botanical dress. The boots are very old but I don't wear them often. I always wonder why, though. I should wear it more often.   I was wearing: c/o iGlasseshop glasses Akhmadulla Dreams sweater and skirt Empodium boots   Hav

Hand Cream advise

Who feels motivated? Not me! I still going on with procrastination, lack of energy and also excess of sleep. I understand that extremely low temperatures affect me but still. With cold and increased amount of indoor heating I use more creams and generally skin care products. It's a big tip from me, don't wait for your skin to feel and look drier, apply moisturizer before it happens. It is even more important for your hands as it is not only the weather but also increased amount of washing and sanitizer affect your hand skin.  I decided to share a product review with my partner Nivea. Handcream is probably my favorite of all Nivea products in general. It is affordable, easy to access and it works. I love it that it smells less intense as other Nivea products usually. This particular hand cream was new to me, I haven't used it before. There was some aloe in it and I was super happy to receive it. Aloe is probably the best component for hand cream during winter for me. And t
