Inside and Outside

I wanted this skirt the moment I layed my eyes on it. SO beautiful, so perfect to me. I wanted it badly. So beautiful! This is my first style of it. I felt like the print is pretty bold I decided to tune it down a bit with lack of accessories. Docs feel like the skirt's match made in heaven so I couldn't resist styling it that way. It happens so I natturally wanted to wear this skirt more and it ended up on photos a bit closely to the one before. It is a very casual look, very weekend and super relaxed. I wore it git the store to try on some spare running shoes. I was very relaxed and happy to be walking with my ffamily on sunny Sunday. I think my emotions pretty much ooze from my face and poses. I should have posted this a week ago but I was too busy celebrating. As we immerse more and more in Mexican culture, patriotic holidays mean more and more to us. And it also means we enjoyed not only a visited the downtown to enjoy some music and official celebration but also hang out the next day stuffing our faces (I could hardly move when I went home... I also blame dancing, a lot). This what I wore for the official part on the Plaza Reforma. I played around Mexican Flag... a little. Bonus: Mexican girl is having her hour waiting for El Grito speach (she didn't make it and we left home earlier) Bonus2: festive pup. He didn't go with us because there were too many people to be comfortable with him. Many people took their dogs to celebrate with them so our overly-friendly pup did seam like the best choice. Apparently I can wear something that is NOT green. Yay me, right? Still on the comfortable side. I wore this outfit for a cute family stroll and we took the photos and a video (fun reel is here). I felt very cute wearing this outfit. Also parenting note: do you also find cargo trend super handyu with your kids? They fit so much and I don't need much of a bag or backpack. Everything fits everything my child needs. Super handy especially for a short strolls and for people who are the opposite of extra, like me. We have a small showcase of Alebrijes on the main square near townhall. SO cute. I just had to take couple of photos next to them. I am wearing a very comfortable jumpsuit and it's basically all you need to know about our current hot weather. I don't really feel like wearing anything serious right now. It's on the warmer side, like tropical, Yucatec style warm. Melting for some. I love the maxi skirt trnd. Even more if it's cargo. Very comfortable and stylish. I liked it enough to add to my closet and to tell the truth I made quite a run for it. I styled it very simple this time to do some chores and eat ice cream one lovely evening. I do like green and brown combo, for me it's the most natural to style green, don't you think? I am an adult and I love dinosaurs. Can you really expect me to miss the animatronics and dinosaurs? No way! I just had to see it with my own eyes and enjoy it the fullest. Bonus points for a very informative excursion included in the entry ticket I wore a very basic and casual look. Perfect for a day on the hotter side. A pure bliss and simplisity as well as a huge bag to fit in my whole life. I managed! And yes layering with button down shirt is comfy and cute. I definitely think my button down Jaws shirt made this outfit worthy mentioning at all. Very calm, soft, neutral and minimal style to celebrate my wedding anniversary this year. We didn't really celebrate it in traditional way this year because we went on celebratory vacation a little before that (stay tuned for Cozumel reports). SO we just went out to eat and had lots of fun while at it. We chose Korean BBQ place and it was a great choice. The food was delicious, the process fun and we enjoyed it a lot, spending there even more time than we originally planned. I didn't feel like wearing something extra that time. I also wanted to avoid light colors in my clothes because it's easy to stain it, bbq downsides,you know. I went with basic black top/jeans combo and thrown in some elegance in form of pearls, chic small bag and heels. I do think it turned out very cute.
