In wedding photography all the details matter

Today I've chatting with my friend who loves classic weddings and discussed how we feel about them. Big and classic vs getaway (like on my own wedding where without flowers no one saw the bride in me). Having totally different views we came to the point we share. Photography. Something I've started to love, something I would talk more.
Love is bliss and this is why people celebrate it through weddings. The wedding seems to be the biggest ceremony of people’s life. When it comes to organizing such an event, the future bride or the wedding planners, pay a lot of attention to how the photographs should be. Choosing a photographer may be a really difficult job. All the brides in San Francisco wish for the best San Francisco Wedding Photographer, all the brides in Moscow wish the best photographer in their city, it is like this all over the world. The main thing about the wedding photography is that all the details matter. There is no place for bad light, wrong angle and blurred photos. Even if the cake did not taste that good, it has to look in the photos like it did; even if the bride got drunk, in the photos she should be like she is just crazy in love and she did not fell down but she just wanted to hug the floor. At the same time it is such a big deal for everyone, it is not a basic part of our daily routine. This is why we hire photographers, we want to look pretty and we use Photoshop. A wedding is always full of love, sometimes of embarrassment and champagne. In the end it is all about the fun of celebrating the decision of two people to create a family. And at the same time the photos should have a very serious and sacred air. A wedding is always a huge mix up of different things and emotions, that have to be captured and be immortalized. Because a bride wants a wedding photo album under her coffee table in the living room, that she can open up and look at whenever she wants. A bride wants a profile picture on Facebook with her husband, with him looking all suit and tied and her dressed in the perfect white princess dress. Today, the wedding photography is a basic thing. You simply cannot imagine a wedding without that guy with the camera on his neck, that is constantly pushing the button and transforming moments in memories. At some point we all understand that all we have is memories, they make us who we are.

Have a nice day,

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha
