I like paper

I bet you missed interviews! I have one for you! It was very interesting talking to very creative guys from I like paper. Marc personally thank you for those lovely answers! Oh and I do love those cool superheroes ideas around!

1 How did you come up with I like paper idea?
It all started with the Pappwatch. Nowadays, it is not anymore about collecting status symbols like a Rolex but about trendiness and individuality. That was the point where I planned to produce a watch as simple as possible, also being sustainable.

2 What was the the this fashion paper accessory I like paper made? How did it look like?Pappwatch is made out of TYVEK, a tear- and water-resistant paper. I asked some artists in my network if they would give their artworks for pappwatch designs, and they liked the idea pretty much. Now artists apply to start their artist editions with the products by I like paper.

3 tell us a little about on going plans of I like paper
We're constantly working on new and fun products. Recently we released the paper collier and a PappCap. Also new is the paper wallet. It has a zipper for the coins even though it is still made out of paper.

4 What makes your team work so well?
I am happy to work with a small team of people I am also befriended with. What makes our work best is the beer after work ^^

5 What were the best/the worst memorable moments regarding I like paper?
The best moments for us are when we see people - especially fashion blogger - like what we do and wear the products in cool combinations.
As well, we are doing some kind of art but in a commercial way. Despite only having art on canvas, seeing it on new forms and being available to everyone.

6 A little survey for Inside and Outside blog: some say talented in fashion people usually try to make their toys look better (repainting for example) did you do something like that? And if you did then what?
We provide about 120 designs from great artists. We do not make them look better but trust in our artists to get the best result.

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

Say 'yes' to a dress with Yesbabyonline

When you start on inspiration posts it hard to spot. At least for me. I feel like I am half awake in my bed, feeling super lazy and have to strict plans for the morning so I am hitting the 'snooze' button. I almost hear myself saying 'five more minutes' and I do mean five more minutes but I fail and hit 'show me more' button. Inspiration from online shops devour me. Yes it is budget friendly (you don't need to buy things even though you do want to) but it is not safe for your time. I can't really say I am against it, it is a good to relax and is also useful if you need to wait for your partner to finish some stuff to do. This evening it works especially well because I am waiting for my husband to finish the page. I am more or less limited by time so my online inspiration will be most pleasing. As always I wanted to set up a topic to make it even better. My topic for today is long formal dresses . Out of tons of online shop I picked the best for me toda...

Such an incredible experience! It was so much fun! They made a point by making the fashion show really creative by making the designer talk about the outfits, the ideas behind each dress, giving tips on how to style it alternately and also some general styling tips. I genuinely enjoyed her passion in sharing her experience. Also all the items were so cute! I’d wear it all How do you find the collection? Would you wear her styles? Also how do you find this way of presenting the collection. It sounds like a very nice change from the regular catwalk   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Red and yellow

Did ever sit next your computer and have in fact nothing to say? That's what happens to me now.  I have wonderful outfit I wore simply to have a small walk with my dear husband which I actually put on because I wanted to look pretty and feminine. I didn't put a lot of effort in it, simply combining items which came in mind that time. Overall nothing special. I wanted to add some red in my look basically because have't worn it for ages. Do you remember my post about travel  ootd? - it was my last moment of wearing red. The coat I wear is my good old fave, a lot like friend you know. I don't wear it often but when I do I feel special. I can't help but add also a funny picture of me because it's Friday after all! I was wearing: Mango red coat Topshop bag Alba boots not branded skirt, top and scarf headband c/o Frontrowshop   Have a nice day, Lyosha
