MBFWRussia, day 3.1

My third day on Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Russia was marked with two shows. As before I went for different outfits to feel appropriate for each show. I can't say I caught the mood but I felt wonderful. The first show of the way got big impression on me. It was legendary! Actually it's a little joke from me becasue the it was a show of Nikolay Legenda. Legenda is legend in russian. Having watched two of his collections on catwalk I don't only felt equally impressed but also very differently. I see and feel the hand of the designer but I can't actually say it's very much a like. It's more of vague feeling, the mood, the expectation not some sort of self coping. Also girly and feminine designs had stolen my heart. The red gown may especially for MBFWRussia not only happened to be the most outstanding dress I had a chance to look through but also was highly praiced by my fellow bloggers and fashionable through out the globe when they commented on my social media where I put this wonderful dress. Hands up, the collection is killer.

My outfit was nothing alike gowns and fab diva red dresses. It is a simple casual look centered around a hoodie. I actually borrowed it from my husband that's why it is so long. The sleeeves are fine because it was actually made with a half sleeve. Also I wore a dress under the hoodie so don't worry I was safe all the time.

I was wearing:
hoodie borrowed from my husband
Gabriela Simon dress
Inkkas backpack

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

  15. I love your casual look :) While I think the frills on the runway are some of the better ones I've seen (nothing too far out), I prefer your olive skirt and hubby's sweaters.

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...

Happy Halloween

Don't you just loove  Halloween ?everybody does! This year we made it very special  decorating  everything, cutting a huge pumpkin and creating yammy  Halloween  food. We've celebrated this holiday at the exact date October 31st at home with friends. I chose the costume of intelligent witch (yeap, jedi costumes are not fair for Halloween) and finally worn my little black dress I wear so seldom. Max decided to come to usual role of ordinary Murre vampire. He's the best in this part.  Our little ghost this is my entery for IFB project #70 I was wearing: little black dress I own since I was 9 years old (I still more than fit in it) Topshop hat Jeffrey Campbell heels Chanel makeup   Have a nice day, Lyosha
