Marina Makaron

One more awesome event I wanted to share with you for a month already is meet up Marina Makaron (which is her real surname) a wonderful Russian designer. (you might see my crappy instagrams from there) Her collection was a part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia but I didn't get to see the show due to its time. But better I could see and touch the dresses. They are totally like macaroons: pretty both inside and outside. I love the hem, the tissue and wonderful little details we don't usually see on catwalk: like small hidden pockets (I love pockets everywhere to tell the truth), the inner bright tissue and seeing all the details of amazing food patterns. No chance not to be stumbled! Here are my fave looks from the look book

this is my personal fave pattern of collection and the vest is perfect! there are tine magnets to keep the vest closed and inner pocket!
I loved how well this clothes sits! You do nothing to make you skirt constatly look like on this shot. The tissue is very soft (and with bright colour under) but sewed to stay in this shape always.
 awesome geometry of skirt
oh the pattern is so feminine and pretty!

I personally was amazed with Marina herself. She was absolutely sweet and listening to her when she talked about her collection - tissues, patterns, hem - everything sounded like best story to listen. She easily answered all the questions we might have and was happy to hear what simple bloggers thought about her designs. And she is so tiny! Even more in common with macaroons which they with Pr Trend served for this meet up!

During my post about Worldwide Fashion Day in Moscow I didn't feature my own look. There've been couple of reasons for that and the main was that I've just had only one picture of me taken by lovely photographer Lyudmila Bureeva  during the event. So I need to shoot my own look properly and that's what Max and I did. Not to make this post too much of my outfit and that's it I've decided to add couple of my favourite closeups from fashion show. taken by Lyudmila Bureeva My outfit was created with a huge help from wonderful shop Choies who sponsored me and my blog provided me with this lovely dress. it's a little shorter than I expected (and I'm short in general so I'm not used to all this mini-stuff) but looks way better than I expect it to look. that's because it fitted lovely. I've  decided  to go for total velvet-like look so I paired this velvet owl dress with my old  corduroy  jacket and shoes. Thanks for everyone who made th...

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...

Fairy Tale, part 5. Prague

Blast! I'm starting with Max and mine photo together. As usual we have it on only one spot but the nice guy we asked to shoot us take 3 photos. here is the closest version. It's very sad to say good bye to Czech Republic again. It's my last post about this  wonderful  country this time. May be there would be more one day. Prague is very pretty and even though we have met before the Czech capital showed me some more of her  beauties . Max and I always travel on foot so that we can see more and feel more. The place I'm writing for is the Vojanovy sady as Google Maps adviced. It's in the historic center next to the Prague hrad. We found it a very calm and peaceful place. The only thing that sounded weird  to us is that there were not allowed to walk with dogs. Some  minutes  in this lovely place passed and we have found the reason The peacocks are walking freely there and we had a great joy seeing them walking in the park without any guards in the m...
