Sugar Lane. The interview.

This is a very important interview for me. Because this time I had a chance to talk to wonderful fellow blogger about her designs, wonderful clothes, ideas and past. many of my readers know her as well - Sugar Lane. I don't think there is much I can tell you about her because she'll tell it to you better so read the post and jump to her blog Sugar Lane 1 How did you start the line? How long did you plan that? Was it a longterm dream or the idea just came up to your mind and worked? I started “Sugar Lane Design” a year back, but it was something I wanted to do earlier. A design line had always been on my mind, even before studying fashion design; I started experimenting with silks in 2009, while I did my MBA in India. I wanted to design something special, unique, and use all those wonderful Indian silks that we can barely find in Europe. So I started selecting vintage fabrics… turbans were the first thing I came up with, as they’re my key accessory, but then I wanted to d

Oslo time in March

I'm extremely sorry for spending less time with your guys now but my work just eaten all of my juices. But I'm having some great content for you and will publsih it very soon. For now I would like to take you back to March with me. I had a tiny vacation (which seams ages ago now) in Oslo and I already shared one part of the trip with you (you can read it here ). That is the other. I've created a different look (comparing to one I've already showed you), trying more of trashy impression I tend to lately. It has a lot of freedom and I'm generally happy how nice this outfit turned out esp. taking a very limited space I had for clothes.         And  remember  as we say in Russia: Wednesday is little  Friday ! Care for Oslo views? here it goes I was wearing: c/o Choies.com sweater Topshop pants not branded shoes and coat earrings bought at random shop in Milan gloves from Stockholm   Have a nice

All ModCloth

Recently ModCloth contacted me and offered taking part in the their weekly Wanelo outfit challenge and surely I agreed. It's a lot of fun browsing ModCloth - they place I often I visit for inspiration and buying new goodies. I immidantly loved the dress i was to style. The main question was - how. Not a simple one in fact! The    Summer Night Stroll Dress in Red  was absolutely charming and almost asked to style it. Although ModCloth for me is more of quirky funny girly outfits I managed to assemble a little more though look which I would so wear.... And one more typical Modcloth look for a hot day running the errands. All clothes from ModCloth . P.S. I wanted to create just one outfit but it's wrong when choosing your new stuff to think of only one way to wear the piece. Have a nice day, Lyosha

Diego M

On April 8th I had an amazing opportunity to go to the fashion show. It was a charming show of Diego M who represented f/w 2014 collection. What a charm!  I just have to mention wonderful Spanish singer Martha who did her best you put a smile on your faces and sang lovely before the show It was very nice for to finally see some men fashion as well which I  accidentally  happen to avoid completely. very wearable, nicely hooded, a little dark but feminine. Definitely a very nice choice for ladies who prefer classic styles and feel pride of being modest. The collection could be brighter but for now it's a treasure to find some dark coloured collection to wear. There were a lot of  double-side  layers which is great for people who can't have too many things in their closets or during the trips.         The fashion show of Diego M was closed by wonderful Alexandra SavŠµlieva, russian singer. She was so gorgeous!
