Coffee Date Outfit

Casual, comfortable and a little egdy. I loved this comfortable look. I like how flowy and loose it is but at the same time put together. The thing that makes this outfit really work for me are the the shoes. You can never go wrong with Doc Marten's, right? It is not actually a question, it is true. I wore this outfit for a little date with my husband. While I might have chose something nicer or more feminine but I didn't feel that way that day. After all that's all being me. Cute hot chocolate photo was must, trust me. I was wearing: Docs Jeans Bershka Cuidado con el Perro top My Grandma's necklace and a ring handmade hippie necklace belt that used to belong to my mom before I was born   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Magical skirt

I wanted this skirt the moment I layed my eyes on it. SO beautiful, so perfect to me. I wanted it badly. So beautiful! This is my first style of it. I felt like the print is pretty bold I decided to tune it down a bit with lack of accessories. Docs feel like the skirt's match made in heaven so I couldn't resist styling it that way. I also tried being creative with the photos. What do you think? Huge thank you to the photographer and my husband Max for his patience and creativity. I was wearing: Malayerba (Cuidado con el Perro) skirt Cuidado con el Perro top watch Fossil Doc Marten's   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Dia del Taco

Would you head to the city centre to stay in the queues to eat some cheap taco, listen to mariachis and watch lucha libre for your your birthday? Because that is exactly what I happily did! It was so much fun! I was very tired after but it was So worth it. I do hope to repeat it next year because March 31st is Taco day in Mexico. I do hope to enjoy it even more next time! As it was my birthday I wanted to wear something more flashy and festive. I went with sexy skirt, basic top and my most comfortable shoes. I felt edgy and beautiful. May be a little overdressed but who cares as it was my birthday! Who said 'taco'? I was wearing: H&M skirt (yes, i still kinda shocked they made such a beautiful and well made silky perfection) Doc Marten's Cuidado con el Perro top (I wear this shop a lot, but they seem to be so cute and affordable, I found a lot of joy in buying a top once in a while) Coach bag Necklace gift from my partner long before Fossil watch (last year...

Piano festival, day 1

Cancun for the locals is not only the beaches and the parties. We have some culture too! Last weekend we enjoyed a three day long piano festival. We attended two days and it was a blast! More points for it being super close to our house. The first was a performance of violin and the piano. Very tranquil and beautiful.  It's hard to belittle my love to the music. We had a chhance to listen to a very broad variety of pieces. It started very basic with Mozart. And while Mozart is grand I often tend  to underestimate this music because it is heard way too often. As if to make up for it, it was followed by a very modern Poulenc. I was very impressed because I could hardly remember if I ever got a chance to listen to his music live. Most of classical music performers tend to navigate to classic and it's way harder to encounter more modern pieces. Bravo to Dra Emoke Ujj and Sofia Lych The last was my family's hard on favorite Brahms. In my heart you just can not go wrong with him ...

Edgy jacket

Last weekend we had a cold front. And was actually very cold. Again. I am not really-really complaining after all I dealt with a snow not that long ago but it doesn't change the fact that I am much more used to 30C these days. So I wore a jacket and a sweater. It helped me to stay warm and happy and was just fine to move around the city. Now I get the people I used to look at last year shivering with obvious discomfort under similar circumstances. Now I am one of them. But I don't mind. Layring and wearing sweaters feel pretty nice for a change. I'd say this outfit is a big edgy and rock-and-roll. It matches my emotions that day and desire of a change. I am admitting my own personality with so much liberty and self-gratitude, I feel like I am born anew, a better, happier person. It is shown and seen and felt in everything I do and touch and it absolutely definitely reflects on my personal style. I became more erratic, possibly, but it reflects me endlessly more. I ...

Wheel and wheel and wheel

When I was little these attraction parks were a thing. I loved it there SO much! In time as many other things in my birth country they started to fade and balance between price and delivered goods squinted greatly. I didn't expect much walking to have some fun at temporary attractions park here in Cancun, mostly I hoped to have a nice walk, eat some steaming churros or elote and get on observation wheel with my baby. I loved it instead. It's been ages since I laughed so hard and enjoyed speed so much. The rides were very creative actually, they did hunt 'the biggest' and instead opted for being fresh. That is something I loved even more actually! I can go on and on for ages, really. It's been a great evening. For example there was a high speed ride backwards. I was very impressed with length of the rides too, the observation wheel made SO many and they changed speed too. Ada Maria loved it SO much which made me love the evening even more. I wore a very otaku-like ...

A girl and her dog

We've been going out a lot lately with the whole family. It's so awesome and I can't help but feel  grateful for millions of opportunities to take our dog with us to so many places! I love eating out with him, shopping with him not only walking in the parks. It's funny how tiny convenience might change your daily life. I wore this outfit to grab some coffee, nothing much but I felt like dressing nicely and so I did. I long wanted to try this dress belted to elevate its relaxed and beachy fit. Paired with some edgy accessories I think I took it on a whole new level of charm. and yes I will never get tired of my docs, they are second most comfortable shoes to me (yes flip flops come first, sorry). P.S. what do you think of matching blue bandana on Surak? It has traditional yucatecan flower embroidery on it. I think we nailed it! I was wearing: Cuidado con el Perro dress Coach bag Burberry belt Docs   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Jojo pose

I love Jojo's Bizzare Adventures. That's a confession but it is not a secret. I have always wanted to try some the signarue poses from it... and well, I did try it and even took some photos. Kinda proud of myself. the outfit I did it with is my on-to-go formula. A catchy printed top (this time proudly showing off my love to Johnny Cash), shorts or jeans (depending on the mood and partly on the weather), a hat because my hair have been wet that moment and Docs because Docs are almost always a great iddea (I wouldn't recommend running a marathon in them). Have a great rest of the week, guys! I was wearing: Optima shorts Cuidado con el Perro top and hat Docs   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Rain, rain, rain

Rain, rain, rain. Both night and day. It's so cold here I am freezing! It's raining cats and dogs all the time and the temperature dropped so low! I am actually wearing two sweaters and surviving on hot coffee.I am a bit overdramatic here but why not, really. It's my blog and I can be absolutely open about the way I feel. Or so I think. I wore this outfit for groseries run in the morning (they didn't have the liver I craved though, crying). We took very breif photos but I couldn't help but show it to you because it's a rare occation of very fall weather in here. Wearing two sweaters is my biggest get warm outfit here so far. Looking forward to winter chills.     I was wearing: Uniqlo swetaer and jeans Cardi Monki Docs bag Cuidado con el Perro belt vintage I own it my whole life (my mom used it for thick baby blanket when I was just born) and it belonged to my mother before   Have a nice day, Lyosha
